The Teachers Service Commission (TSC) has recommended that teachers who have misplaced their teaching registration certificates utilize the new digital system rather than going through the manual process of applying for a replacement.

Last year, the commission announced significant enhancements to its Document Management System (DMS), including the capability to generate duplicate documents for lost ones.

TSC encouraged teachers who have lost their certificates to leverage the enhanced system to save both time and money.

The computerized system serves as a central platform utilized by teachers and TSC personnel for the storage, sharing, tracking, and management of various files and documents.

It also maintains a comprehensive history of user activities from initial login to subsequent modifications by different users.

The TSC DMS is an integral part of Enterprise Content Management (ECM) systems, functioning as a portal related to digital asset management, document imaging, workflow systems, and records management systems.
